The first game got released in summer 2019 and got patches until summer 2021. I would say that is a long time to support the game. But if you got it on sale for that cheap it probably was already well along that timeline. So while the game got support for a long time, if you only got it let's say march 2021 and the last patch was in june 2021, then that might look from your perspective as quickly abandoned.

I bought the game in the first few months of release. I followed the development diaries and they abandoned the game doing minor patches even though they promised big innovations

No lol, changes to regional pricing affect Ukraine to (check Armored Core for example).
Steam just forget to change regional pricing for some countries and made total rework of them in end of 2022-beginning of 2023, Russia didnt have it changed since 2013 so we get hit hard like Turkey and Argentina. No politics, just Valve time...

2) Ты слепой? Я пишу про РЕКОМЕНДОВАННЫЙ курс рубля стима, его не обновляли в промежуток с 2013 по 2023 год, и многие игры у нас получали цену в расчете 1 доллар - +-33 рубля. Корректировали бы Valve цены своевременно - первую игру мы бы брали за 2600.

tldr - find a job that pays you more than 300 bucks before tax
