Leto's armour set

Alright finished game on veteran, I've got explorer and scholar trait but whispers still don't selling leto's armour. Should I reroll campaign to get the armour in a vendor list, or i'm just lucky to have a bug and have to beat that ♥♥♥♥ again?

You should be able to get it - i got it fairly early, during Labyrinth...if i'm recalling correctly. i dont want to give it away, in case you want to discover it for yourself. It's just an easter egg hunt

Its a secret you find through a portal. its actually next to the Thompson in the room you can see into but not enter in the hub.

I managed to pick up Leto's MK.I Armour set from whispers, not sure why it's not showing up for you. I've heard multiple people not having it on Veteran as well. I am currently on Survivor and have it over at whispers. I could also see Bandit and Cultist set available.

Seems like a bug, i saw some other threads people posting on fextra, that after beating the game they got nothing. I wonder is it because of ultimate edition, as it already giving you 3 set's of armour that suppose to be sold by Whispers after finishing the game.
Such a shame, the Mark ll looks so horrible compare to the first version :D

Alright i've started a new game on survivor, and the armor sets have turned up at the end of the game when you get access to the destroyed earth level. Just in case if someone is struggling the same way as me, may be it will helps.

Yes, i did actually skip the credits. I though as well, that it might be a case. I was planning not to skip credits on the second play-through just in case, but fortunately for me, armour has appeared earlier, when you get access to the last level. It's very likely that skipping the credits might cause this issue.

Possibly found the problem. There was a cutscene from when you get the second segment (the first one called segment, not mysterious object) that I hadn't seen in my first completion. Could be some problem regarding missing a cutscene or something
