where the ♥♥♥♥ is it on the map? ive explored every inch of the map and its not accessible. not even sure where the ♥♥♥♥ its supposed to be on the map let alone how to get in and the internet has no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue either apparently lmao

Because like with many other secrets not all of them are yet discovered. If the internet has no idea it means exactly that no one has an idea.

its a main story progression quest. how the hell have people beaten the game if no one knows how to get to spectrum nexus lmao

The Maps are randomly Generated. While at World Stone in the Travel menu you can see all the area checkpoints you currently have unlocked and can fast travel to. But if you look closely there will also be faint empty circles to the areas you have not yet unlocked. From the main hub map, on N'Erud for me it was Eon Vault but for you it may be something different just travel in that general direction from the World stone you teleport to and eventually you will find a door that you missed. I know that even after thinking I explored all of the map I still actually had two more dungeons that I hadn't found in my current world. Sometimes the paths to get there aren't all that obvious though.

its not a guaranted spawn, it rotates with other dungeons, reroll until you get it

the issue is I can see the entrance to the last dungeon i need, the entrance isn't accessible.

the game is a litteral puzzle and most dungeons and even world bosses will rotate, it's not so bad but you need to keep track of what dungeons you completed and reroll adventure mode until you get everything.
it's a very obscure game, you read guides or you miss good loot

dude the game is randomly generated...the "missions"/"main story" can be folloewd by following the exclamaition mark on the top of an entrance, main quest doors will be sqare too and not have an arch...everything else is randomly generated...so stop whining and read about the game before you trashtalk it and say that the designers suck...this game is made to be completed multiple times and every time you will have a different story too...
