Bullet sponge bosses
Every boss I've fought has been an absolute bullet sponge. I am now stuck at the Night Weaver, she has a million HP and in the 2nd phase she spawns much less adds so I can't farm enough ammo to kill her, meanwhile she kills me in 2 hits. I have my weapon upgraded as much as I can with my current resources but it hardly damages her. Must say I'm disappointed with the boss design here, much preffered the Remnant 1 bosses with their armies of minions but at least fair HP pools.

I am on Veteran, will lowering the difficulty reduce their HP and is it even possible to lower difficulty without rerolling the campaign?

Its not possible to reroll difficulty, but keep campaign progress.

The scaling is scuffed and some traits make bosses horrible to fight for players.

You're being punished for exploring, as the power level probably just outpaced your grinding.

The game has weird decisions in its design.

That sucks, but if I reroll on lower difficulty, do enemies have less HP or is just that they don't hit as hard?

Lowering the difficulty should make enemies have less hp, less damage and also be slower, the bosses will also have fewer modifiers (words under their name, like "Empathy" which will make your boss fight a living hell).

I can give you a hand taking her down if you are stuck.
