missing locations in Nerud ?

in nerud im missing some locations. do I not have access to them ? Im missing phantom wasteland, seekers rest and a few others. Im trying to find the other keys, here is what my map looks like. https://i.imgur.com/yK0VAUJ.jpg. Some areas poison me so I dont know if im supposed to go back later or am i just missing things ? I cant find the custodian again lol. The way points and what objectives you should be doing arent very good lol I do have yellow ! but they are for bloodborne world and the forest world.

That's rng not everything loads up on the first run head into adventure mode and hope rng sides with you

im still trying to find the rest of the keys though. Im pretty sure the guy told me to find 2 more keys and I never did. Iv completed the "dungeons" maybe im missing something.

Check your inventory to see if you have 3 keys already. I had them and wasted a lot of time looking for more. The quest text is bugged.

The dungeon to progress from the first open area to the second has one at the end you have to collect to leave for the second area, and the second open area has a dungeon that has the third key. The main story specific areas on the map will have square doors, the optional side dungeons are arched doors on the map.

im wondering if I did the 3 keys and just dont even know. this game could use better quest tracking/ management. my first world was nerud, then the second was the maze, then I got bloodborne area. Ill look around more for side areas.

It should be called seekers key. you get them from killing bosses in the side dungeons. Quest npc says there are 5 keys you need, but 2 are already in the door, meaning you need to find 3 more. the world should have 2 overworld areas, and several dungeons
