Harp puzzle

I don't know what to do. I try to follow the symbols and thge white lines. I interpret the white lines as spaces. I tried doing the reverse I just don't understand what to do.
Tried solving the pattern to the side.
I hate that I need to ask before about a previous puzzle, yet here I am asking for next one again.

Edit: Apparently I did the puzzle correct. It was just that I had to go to another area upstairs to power the harp. I thought that area was the main area and the puzzle would lead to rewards not the main boss area.

Yes, the white lines are spaces, so NO pegs can be up on those rows. It took me the longer to figure out this puzzle because I thought the white lines meant the same note needed to be up, but it literally means NO pegs after the note.
