Anyone found Blood Jewel?

Wiki says Yaesha, Forbidden Grove, but I've been through there on a multiple re-rolls and never seen it. Is it a secret I'm missing, random drop, or what???

Can´t find it there either, after 4 runs. Maybe it is a missinformation on the wiki, or it can appear in multiple / different locations randomly.
On the wiki they also say you could find Abrasive Whetstone on Root Earth, today Cass sold it...

Got this yesterday in Yaesha - Ravager quest
found in the area with the waterfall and the music puzzle.
There is a ladder that leads down to the water, 1 direction there are a lot of mobs guarding a chest, the other is a passage ending with a platform with the Blood Jewel on it. Hope this helps
