cipher rod help

Got pretty far in the game and eventually found out about enigma. Went to go get it but when I got where it spawns it wasn't there. Was gonna eventually get it whenever I start my nightmare campaign but was just wondering if theres anyone out there who hasn't gotten it yet and would let me get it with you.

Even if you already picked it up in another game it should still be visible. Its sitting behind a statue so its not immediately visible. From where you run up the ramp.

I've double checked and its not there. Watched several videos and its not in the spot. Assumed it just bugged out. I know i didn't pick it up and sell it or whatever cause i never knew how you got there until i watched a video on how to get it.
