Why does the severed hand in tiller's rest give infinite rings?

Its one of the secret areas in either tiller's rest or great sewers but its a prison like area with fae. Also you see a lot of cages too.

honestly i abused it like a champ but it got boring afterwards. Hope it gets fixed though.

Nope. It was funny as ♥♥♥♥.I showed my friend on discord the inventory stacked with hands and he asked if i was going to do nefarious ♥♥♥♥ with the hands.
