Primary boss weapons?

I beat 3 worlds and I only got mods and secondaries.
Are there no primary weapons from bosses? Or did I just get really unlucky?

One of my favorite primary weapons is an alternate kill of the Ravager.

To get this weapon instead of siding with the Dow or the Ravager just turn around and shoot the Ravager without healing the Dow halfway through the boss fight, the Ravager will runoff and eat the dow and he will gain a power buff after killing him you’ll get merciless.

It’s a great gun for bleed builds

The guardian of N'eurd gave me a primary gun in Aphelion.

Aphelion is really weird for boss weapon it counts as normal not special weapon way how it upgrades.
