How to unlock Gunslinger?
I did not pre-order this game because my video card (1050 ti) does not pull it. Because of this, I will be able to unlock the Gunslinger class only by plot (after replacing the video card).

How many killed bosses and hours of gameplay will it take to unlock it?

Talk with mudtooth and listen to his stories over and over. Once he stops telling stories he'll give you the gunslinger item as thanks for listening to him.
Edit: after the 3rd world, that is.

Mudtooth has about 30 stories to tell you, halfway through he gives you the gunslinger charm which is an amulet, then at the end he gives you the worn cylinder to give to Wallace. You have to have finished the 2nd world though.
