Trade Route stone going missing.

I am playing the 3rd mission (where you build a new harbour master office for the crusade). Side mission to create trade routes to move stone. I have a route setup, ships are carrying stone to the other harbour and it shows the ship being handled, however the stone just never arrives in the warehouse. I have also tried setting up a route to my own harbour and the same thing. The stone just vanishes. I ended up just manually moving it and of course it works.

Make sure you did everything right for the trade route, so for Hookburgh it must be load stone +40 in green and transfer stone -40 in red for Port Sacral, also appointed ship on right bottom shouldn't be on pause. If you click on the ship it has three buttons: edit route, pause route and leave route
Edit: If stone never arrives in the warehouse and vanishes because has been moved to the ship, the route is works then lol
