Anno not starting - WIN11

Hi,

just downloaded. Ubisoft connect with link to steam is done
Installation no problem.
When I start the game, it trys to open but it is only working in the background. I see it in the task list but I cannot open it.
I tryed admin rights already.
My laptop is new but I onlx have a shared memory graphics (AMD Ryzen 7 5825U with Radeon Graphics 2.00 GHz)....is that a problem?

Any ideas?

Edit: And I have latest versions of steam + ubi connect

1. Use 4GB RAM Patcher for 32bit to 64bit
2. Compatibility Mode Win7 or lower
3. edit the config file
4. use CleanMEM
5. start in window mode and directly without steam
6. set medium graphic.
