Thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear you're having issues loading back into saves!
Does this happen each time you start and then later try and load a new save from a new game too?
Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps such as verifying the game's files[ubi.li] or running the game as an admin[ubi.li]?

Hey,
This happens everytime when we try to resume multiplayer save even if its minute old. And we have verified and run as administrator too.

Do you both receive the 'Game has already started' error message too?
Does attempting connectivity troubleshooting steps[www.ubisoft.com] help at all? Just to rule out any connection issues when loading into the game.

Although the second article is Anno 1800 related, due to the error messages being the same, it would be worth giving the suggestions a try just in case they are helpful.
