Quest for Emperor, Joined Forces I-IV, step IV, where is the required flag?

It is more than 11 years now that I try to get all the (insane) achievements for the Gold Ship. I gave up some years ago, and just re-started playing Anno 1404 with the History version, and try to finish the 20% missing ...

But I am stuck on a quest from The Emperor, Joined Forces I-IV (8350177, 8350179, 8350181, 8350183, ID codes from Fandom).
I am in the final quest, the 4th, and I am asked to bring a Flag to the Emperor's warehouse for his Warships...
BUT,
- Checking the only ship next to the quest warehouse (Lord Richard Northburgh ), cargo empty.
- Checking (several times) all my 67 ships (tab), none have a flag in its cargo.
- When I hove my pointer over the emperor icon on the left panel, I expected to see a destination highlighted by red circles, and where to go: only the Emperor's warehouse is circled.
- no pointer on any of the AI players and buildings (the moving down arrow). Nothing.
- I tried the few flotsam in the areas, and nothing more than some goods
- I also checked the warehouses on my islands (K), especially the Strong Rooms. Nothing more than my own stuff.
- I went with a ship carrying a disabled then enabled white flag. No effect, it is obviously not that type of flag...
- I checked all the map, looking for a ship or a fleet waiting patiently with a flag. Nothing.
- I checked Al Zahir and Giacomo Garibaldi (Corsairs are not enabled in my lengthy game). Nothing special.
- and finally, I reloaded a saved game before this quest (during the 3rd phase of this long quest), and idem when the 4th and final quest is given...


Question is simple: Do you recall what this flag is and where/how it can be found ?

I have the answer: a bug...

After installing the unofficial patch (file: "Anno1404-History-Edition-UnofficialPatch-v1.10.7z"), and restarting from a save during the phase III of the quest, it then unlocked a side-quest given by Al Zahir.

This quest was not triggered before upon doing the phase III quest, and I could not get this flag. "Joined Forced I-IV" is then done with this final side quest, and achievement unlocked.
