GUILDMASTER SCENARIO-Triggering Emperor's Quests
I just started the GM scenario and am trying to plan my game. One winning condition is to complete 5 Emperor Quests. In MASTER BUILDER, Emperor Quests did not start until you completed the Imperial Cathedral. It it the same here, or is there another trigger?

Hey there Kizzrang!

Great to hear you're giving the Guild Master Scenario a go!

The Emperor always shows up only after building the Imperial Cathedral, so it will indeed be the same in this scenario.
