Server down?
Hi, is there a server-status link? It seems anno 1404 servers are down. Some friends and me can't either load the savegame or start a new one. Allways: Loading...

Hello!

We don't have a server-status link for the Anno games I'm afraid. It's possible there was a server outage / degradation on the day.

Are you still facing connectivity issues? If so, I recommend re-installing Ubisoft Connect, as that resolves a lot of game connectivity issues.
