Anno 1404 History Edition - old save games compatibility issue

Recently I've purchased 'Anno 1404 - History Edition' and Ubisoft published the full save compatibility with older versions of the game. I have older save games from older version of 'Anno 1404' and none of them works with current History Edition. I've follow the instruction from Ubisoft website of how to import the old saves but this still don't work. So basically if I click on 'load game' there is an empty screen with no save games to choose from. Does anyone know how to load the old save games? Or how to modify them to work?

Thank you for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues transferring your save!

Just to ensure you've found the right guide, is this[support.ubisoft.com] the page you followed?

As they use the same Save Location, your files should be there ready

If your original save is in the Documents\Anno1404\Savegames folder already, could you please contact us directly via our Support Site[ubi.li] (or you can also reach us on Facebook[ubi.li] and Twitter[ubi.li])

And if you could please attach an image of your Anno1404\Savegames folder and what you see in-game when attempting to Load so we can take a closer look into this?
