So, when trying to capture a landing ship, you get stuck in that capture state indefinitely? We'd certainly want to investigate this further. First, can you take a look at our troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com]? In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.
If it still happens, please let me know. If possible, we'd love a short video showing the issue

Thank you for your video showing the issue you are having.
Can I check, is this video with or without the Venice addon?
Many thanks,
- Ubisoft Support
We will add this information to our investigation we have now opened. When we have more information to share we will get back to you in this thread.
I believe the Anno team may ask to look your system files due to the nature of this bug.
Are you able to send us your dxdiag and msinfo files to us via this link - https://www.ubisoft.com/help
You can find instructions on how to create the system files we need, below -
DXDIAG - https://ubi.li/msrxL
MSINFO - https://ubi.li/lmiCE
Please let us know your case number when you have performed this step, and we will happily pass these files onto the Anno team as well.
