Is the game still being continued?

Does anyone understand them? please send help...

I have encountered a few bugs: 1) When I finish a transfer even though I am way below the threshold, it will tell me the mission has failed. 2) There is no way to fail the ghost nodes. I have done the other two nodes and want to fail this one but the game won't let me and makes me stuck on the ghost screen with no way to start a transfer even though I could as I am allowed to fail one node....
