Flickering Blood
So ever since day one while playing this, the section with the massive amount of blood, I end up with some of the worst flickering I have ever seen. It's so bad that I have to rush through the area, or I end up with motion sickness.

Has anybody figured out a fix for this?

Don't use DX 12

yeah, DX12 is patchy at best. I had the same problem.
