Still cant play the game - black screen when I click play but can here music and game

I have to completely disconnect second screen and then all is good - whats going on does this game support players who use two screens - starting to get a little worried

Ok we'll keep working on that, but we really need more data (aka, OS, GPU, drivers, resolution for each screen, possible cable types you use) or I am afraid pinpointing the issue will be quite the challenge (it is already). Thank you for your understanding.

When I encounter the problem - IE when I try to play the, an error message dialogue comes up and I always click send - Not sure what else I'm supposed to do!!!

So once more......if I want to play, I need to disconnect one screen - after having done so I can play - I'f I switch back to two - my game screen goes black and that's it cant play any more.

I'm sorry I feel you guys are trying to solves this issue - but with so many potential players reporting issues with resolution and/ or multiple screens I would have thought you would have sorted this issue by now.

I'm quote happy to offer more in depth detail, however I'm really not interested to post my email address so 14 year old's can threaten me with death in the name of free speech - sorry I'm just a little disappointed - You have the makings of a great home here but.................

The devs have said what they may need to help solve the issue and you still don't provide any info. Posting your OS GPU drivers etc for each screen either here or on the error logger doesn't give a 14 year old your email address, so I can't fathom how people can't help themselves when it is literally written in a post as to what the devs may need.

Hi there no problem and I don't want to seem like a winging pain in the ass, I am not the worlds most technically savvy person, so If you cant tell me what would be useful and where to find it, I'm happy to oblige, I Just don't My OS is Win 10, as for GPU - how can I tell you in a way that would be useful - I would have thought this information would have been transmitted to the devs via the error reports I've been sending - please tell me how to present the reports that would be useful and I'll gladly send them

You misinterprete the power of internet. What you see is 90% of the people having this issue reporting it here - although they might amount to 1% of the player base.

We will find a solution (our dev hates it when a bug dares resist him). We're actually about to buy him a new screen for testing that in purpose. So no worries:)

Please forgive me if my tone was off or offensive, I know you have a lot on your plate and wish you only the best - the scope of the game is fantastic -

Yesterday, having disconnected my second screen, I tried one of the scenarios, but clicked on random when it came to where IJN resources might be located - now that was more like the challenge I am looking for in the game - Well done guys and thanks for your support
