have you tried file integrity check, or just reinstalling
Yeah, I uninstalled/reinstalled. Ran an integrity check both in Steam and Windows. All other games work fine.

Incidentally, it tried to open my photo editing software the first time I tried to run the demo.
Runs fine on my other rig (RTX 4090)
nvoglv64.dll is a file that is associated with the Nvidia based video card drivers. Often this can be caused by a corrupt driver installation

could be this if you just updated to the latest GPU drivers.

I was having issues with nvidia drivers a few weeks ago. I uninstalled everything including the gforce experience app, whatever its called that would automatically download the latest drivers.

I rolled back to an older driver and will now only manually download and install new drivers after they are proven to work.

They have been causing a lot of issues for people lately
I reinstalled Windows and it works fine now
