It is a fantastic little game, but it is no where near the complexity of head coach nor having even a fraction of the bells and whistles of that title (no financials, no contracts, no facilities factor, no staffing impacts, etc. etc.). I am saying this because if you buy with the expectation that it is, you will be disappointed (and it is better to be aware before you buy). It is a single lone developer (fantastic guy) working in his spare time on this title. It is a fantastic sim for what it is, however, and has some tremendous strengths. I suggest looking through reviews here and elsewhere as well as forum posts and game descriptions/pics so you get a better idea.
