Lily Gaiden is a linear action platformer with graphics and sprites like Castle in the Clouds. There should also be a lot of illustrations in the Lily Gaiden.
It has been awhile since I last played it due to it being buggy when you die at the first boss; the game would teleport you to a testing level if you died by the first boss.
Going by memory, it plays more like the NES Castlevania or Castle of Succubus (not to be confused with Midnight Castle Succubus) with multiple paths like Dracula X. To clarify, Lily only fights with a whip that can level up twice, much like the classic Castlevania games. She also cannot hit multiple directions unlike Castle in the Clouds. Other than the cutscenes, there doesn't seem to be any H animations - other than the secret first boss I fought, which was a lady chained to a wall by tentacles with eyeballs shooting eyes projectiles.
The levels themselves are linear with a second path to unlock with a level, much like Castle of Succubus. Despite reusing assets from Castle in the Clouds, it does have new cutscenes.
Is there any way to purchase the game or DL points for those who don't live in Japan? Because I won't be able to use my bank card because of sanctions.
You can also order some through Otaku Mode, but it suffers from similar delivery issues...
Thanks for your help, but DL Pay has been down since September this year. DL points are now purchased on the Dlsite itself. PayPal and Otaku Mode are not available to me either.
The only thing I can do is to find a middleman to help with PayPal.
it reminded of a gameboy version of castlevania game with Lily as the final boss
it is still downloadable as a DLC on steam its just that they don't officialy publishe this as it gave a positive negative on the antivirus everytime you started it up so they temporarly suspended it
but it have sence been made avalable
