Halo spell

Hey,
what a fun game really !

But I have some trouble with one spell : Halo. I don't know if it's the right english word. But it basically makes you either buff your minions, or make a shockwave around you.

I just can't use it.
I rebinded the spell keybind on "E" ( just because using "Shift" to aim and "Alt" for spells would have turn the keyboard azerty/qwerty constantly.

So in the manual, they say : hold "ALT", then press and hold "A" or "D". The spell starts to charge"
( and then they talk about "Shift" and no longer "A" or "D"... oO )
-Domination: release "Shift" before the spell be fully charged.
-Destruction: Continue to hold "Alt" and "Shift" to activate the spell.

I tried many different things with all of this keys, but nothing...


Can someone tell me what key and how does he/she do this spell ? What key and what does this key do alone ?

I find the game is MUCH better with a controler. But im sure the logic still applys. First hold your spell button, in this case ALT. then when your press and hold "A" if you hold it for 3-5 seconds and do a nova then thats the right button. If somthing else happens or nothing happens try shift. Once you find the right button thats it. Theres only 2 buttons you need to know. Hold it for the nova, or release early for the buff. Same logic as the minion spell only you dont need a minion to be with you to pick up.

Not sure if this still important for someone, but I ran into same problem. The solution is binding spellcasting to the button other than "E". "R" works fine, but "E" doesn't. So press and hold R and then A and D simultaneously and it's working!
