100 baby seals

I've seen it online, but I got no idea, where do you get the side quest, kill 100 baby seals?

During the Everlight town rebellion you must use your reds (not your greens) on the final bombing section to kill the elves instead of chasing them away. very easily missed as giving you the spiders and showing the web makes one thing that's what you have to do to finish the quest. I just reloaded and did the last two (queen fay and the rebellion), this being the only change I made, and it unlocked. I'll update the guide as such.

Have you ever had a save that did not have the Drearius bug? Is this a persistent issue or a random occurrence. Seems all of my saves thus far have had it happen.
