Bug

Hello I have found a bug and unfortunately I can not continue playing. The bug is when you have to get with the Wolfen to the turnstile in the mine when conquering Nordberg but my minions do not want to go over the plank They just stand still as if the plank was not there. I have restarted several times but the error is always there. Who can help.
