Game not launch - Windows 11

Hi everyone.
I using Windows 11. When I start a game I get config modal and after pressing 'save & play' it just keep reopen config modal (not even save options I select previously).
Found same problem form discussions here and try many solutions from them, but they didn't help.

I tried:
1. Install the last version of Nvidia PhysX
2. Change Compatibility (Win XP SP 3 and other)
3. Run as admin (steam, game, config .exe files)
4. Change game folder location
5. Verify integrity of game files

Nothing from that list didn't help.

Had anybody same problem and fixed it? I spend 2 days locking for answer but nothing helps.

It finally worked. But i did so many things that I not sure what helped me.
From last ones:
1. Update my Graphic driver (Device Manager -> Display adapters)
2. Install latest PhysX (almost sure main problem is here)

Its correct. Problem in Physics
