Control of Nordberg.

I accidentally killed one villager in Nordberg but i want to dominate them. Can i still get the control quest completion of that town or am i screwed?

Yeah, I think you're screwed. If you want 100% domination, you'll need every villager to be alive (after you manage to conquer the town) in order to enslave everyone.

Every time an inhabitant is killed, they population number decreases - I dominated towns with 98 and 95 inhabitants.

Yea it let me dominate the towns after killing a couple in each town.
