Rentless Void Question

I came back to the game after 0.2-0.3 updates and i alredy played for like 10 hours and still didn't see any of the collab bosses. Do i need to do anything to "unlock" them? i'm currently at destiny 50

you need to fight the void bosses in the other zones in one run. if you go through a zone without fighting one then you wont fight a collab boss.
