Audio balance

Can't hear half of what is being said in the opening cut scene. Is the rest of the game this off?
Also is all the VO so.....meh? This game is being compared to hades, so far that is a poor comparison

people also regularly said Hades voice acting was bad. didn't make them correct.

as for the balancing I think the balancing is perfect but there is always sound settings if you disagree.

i shouldn't' have to adjust my settings for the opening, The narration is completely blocked out by random music crescendos. when they work perfectly for everything else. Also i guess that mean all the VO in this came is mid at best if you think the bored to tears narration in the beginning is good.

been playing for a while i put everything sound on 100 except voice with 90 can't remember with the default settings and it has no problem for me, also for VO i think they did an excellent good job compared to Hades the more i played the more im interested on their stories.

...but i did? you said fix the settings, shouldn't need to do that for an opening. Also who the ♥♥♥♥ ever said the vo in hades was bad lol? Let me try this again.
IS the vo in the game as terrible as the initial narrator/first playable character? If so it's time to drop it in pool of wasted potential most of these games go in.

you don't need to. no one has ever made that assertion except for you. so you personally may have to do to your personal preference. who? I can't really give you citations but I played hades from its early acess days and every once in a while "bad voice acting" was a complaint I would see that would baffle me. im sure the topics are still floating around the steam forums or in negative reviews if I cared to look.

just refund the game. if the voice casting of a single character and the settings needing to be changed for your personal preference are enough for you to consider trashing it, just do so.
