The Best combination of Mod & adds?
Greetings, dear colleagues. I studied the forum for a long time, but I have to ask for help. I bought the game, but I still don't understand which mod to install, which additional installations to make it look colorful, beautiful and realistic. As I understand it, there are mods, and there are additional installations that make the game better. Please tell me which combination to use. Thank you in advance for your help. Have a good game, everyone

Total war. More ships better Ai better everything. But use this one only if you are okay with german ships etc being in the campaign. It is pinned at the top.

I would argue total war isn't very good if you want a realistic type feel your are better off going to TTE for realism.

Total war is good but I wouldn't put it in front of TTE in the realism factor

Thats not saying total war is bad again, just these are two different mods with two different styles

What is the difference between these two mods?

As I understand, just a realism? But what can you say about the quality offer ships and airplanes models?

I would suggest you to go the mod pages themselves and read the descriptions.

But yes TTE takes a more realistic approach to aircraft loadouts etc and other factors

Where as Total war does have unrealistic loadsouts and what not but has more wacky shenanigans that will amuse you.

I would say try em both, as they both provide their own unique expriences.

So I understand that another mods are worse. Correct ?

There really isn't other mods, most of the mods revolve around TTE.

Oh there is the East Indies stuff but thats basicaly part of TTE because if you are going to get i you may as well get TTE to.

Total war is its own that adds stuff, again I would suggest you check out the descriptions.

Edit: I should clarify it does use assists from other mods but balanced a different way, which is causing some controversy and drama within the community but we won't get into that

There is Navies of Europe, but it just adds super broken (OP) ships with no campagins changes far as I know. Which isn't a problem but the one problem with Navies of Europe is, the vanilla ships aren't balanced to be able match the modded ships. So basically, you can just seal club the old stuff with the new. That might have changed? I haven't touched that mod in ages due to the inconsistency in the ships when I did try it

All the mods are good. My personal preference is the Pacific Campaign mod. It is more of a grand strategy type of game, It is a long hard slog but, I find it rewarding.

TTE or centrifugal or ABDA and the pacific mod .

Of course all mods have to be adapted to the live version of the game.

Nope. EIC is entirely standalone from TTE, and has a number of changes compared to TTE, including IMO some much better models.
EIC from ABDA side is also much, much harder than TTE. TTE is a walk-in-the-park, from either side TBH. ABDA is easy from IJN perspective, hard from ABDA.

Can you do multiple installations of different mods? Or is it just one modification at a time?

As far as i'm aware most mods will need to be installed by themselves. If you want to know about mod compatibility (installing multiple mods together) each mod page normally has a section which will state what (if any) mod/s it is compatible with. Modding can be quite confusing for newer players so make sure to read over the mod page for the mods you want and if you are still stuck try asking in the Unofficial WOTS Discord (or here if you want). Hope that helped :)

What happened to the Total War mod? I've been away from the game for a couple of months and the whole discussion seems to have vanished. Banned?
