Destroyers torpedo reload

I've been modding some units and i noticed that destroyers have certain amount of torpedoes mounted and a few extra on storage, but they never reload the tubes. Does anyone how to add this property on DDs so they reload the tubes?

It only happens between battles, and it cannot be changed.

So, in a battle DDs torpedoes will be reloaded without the need to go rearm after the battle?

No. Reloads do not occur during battles, and there is no way to implement that ability (believe me, it was tested). The only way that ships reload torps, is in between battles on the campaign map.
