Update and Tokyo Express Mod
What is the story for TTE Mod post-update?
Is it still compatible?

Whilst i have not played Vanilla for some time in the notes for the update it looked like that added some of the aspects of TTE

It is indeed updated. Suggest reading the change log included in the download.
