The game already has options for more theaters under Single Battles, but there aren't any missions for the Atlantic and Mediterranean yet, and only one mission for the Indian Ocean.
I haven't tested it myself, but it should be possible to use assets from mods for these as well, as some of the mods contain ships from other nations that are not yet included in the base game.
Edit: Nevermind, it seems the mods I was thinking of are no longer supported.
I've played the single campaign a dozen times now and as much as I love this game I quit playing until another campaign is released...
This! New content only complicates things.
I was referring to a possible official expansion with the unit roster.
As far as England is concerned, you would only need one Rosster here, since you would also have England as an opponent in the Atlantic.
The USA would already be there with the ships available so far.
As for the Mediterranean - so far we are missing the first missiles, like Fritz X and Henschel Hs 293.
In a Mediterranean scenario, I could even imagine 2 campaigns, one with a start date of June 40, where the Italians are alone for now, another with a start date of 1941, where German planes from Sicily could intervene.
Of course, the scenario would revolve around Malta and the supply of the Axis bases in Africa.
As for the supply mechanics in the Atlantic, I could imagine the system that way:
Commonwealth convoys must cross the Atlantic to supply England with Supply and Fuel as well as Trupepn. The supply value should not fall below a certain point (at least this would have to apply to the player, otherwise one would have lost), task of the Axis powers would be to prevent this.
Since we have a bit of the Guadalcanal "what if" scenario, I would have the German Navy reinforced by 2 H 39 BB already in Atlantic Fleet, as well as the theoretical readiness of the Graf Zeppelin - let's face it, if the carrier had been continuously built, without nonsensical construction stops, then it would probably have been operational in the fall of 40 - spring 41.
Regardless of this, and due to the good modability of the game, if one were to assume a hypothetical victory in the Mediterranean, the Axis could also be reinforced by part of the Italian fleet.
I suspect, however, that current bugs of the base game will be fixed before we can expect a first expansion.
