Where's the ruler?
I can't seem to make my ruler show up when I do right shift drag. What am I doing wrong?
It's been quite awhile since my old brain played it, and I just got done loading up the Tokyo Express mod, which is working fine otherwise.

Changed ruler to backslash key.

Shift is now used for selecting multiple unit tabs or box selection on the map. See this update notes:
