Repairing ships

Can someone explain how the ship repair is going?
I know how to get them into repair, but when the timer runs out, I can't find my repaired ships anywhere and it doesn't seem like i'm getting my command points back.

What I do see is the ships I used to have, I can recruit them again (yet I don't have the command points to buy back 2 CV and around 15 other ships)

It comes across as dismissive because that is exactly what it is. You can try to excuse it as being "explicit" all you'd like but the attitude throughout the rest of the thread says otherwise.

I don't blame you for being frustrated but being a turd to people ain't justified. Do a better job of "packaging" the assistance you give or don't be surprised when folks get pissed.

Better packaging than literally laying it all down for public access and placing a big flashy neon sign over the door "come and learn all you need"... dunno man, seems like I might have done the best I can while encouraging some semblance of independent research and not holding hands.
