it is not the waiting I hate, it is the constant delays and broken promises.

+1 I want woke-free stuff, no one needs that mentally ill ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. And i want things done properly. Be it out next month or next year, game looks great and i am not in a hurry. It will be done when it's done and life will probably go on normally until then.
Completely separate from any personal feelings of either of you, the truth is that there has been a lot more added to games recently re: the LGBT community. Star Wars games used to just be about a different universe, but are now specific about genders etc. Starfield has male NPCs or female NPCs hitting on same sex characters. Bethesda and Lucasarts have inserted these current political hot buttons into games and they aren’t the only ones. To be fair to the original comment the user was just asking to not have those recent political pushes in recent games to enter this game. I agree that nothing has been said up to this point that would require that statement, but I think that person was responding to the new norm of games.
1. The excuse that there is a single developer is getting old. There's a publisher that can give updates on the platform the game is going to be sold on. The silence is deafening.
2. The game is a space based RTS why would that need to be LBGT+ inclusive? It's about government. military and resource management. Sexual orientation does not play a part in this game. I am not trying to be hateful I don't see a connection between space fleet combat and people in the LBGT+ community.
3. The game is about cool spaceships blowing up other cool spaceships. Let's not let that get away from us.
4. I love the concepts and execution and if you're here so do you. We can wait for the game to be done.
1- Completely Agree. I am not interested in sob stories, or the trials and tribulations of God's Chosen people etc.. I want the game and I want it to be as good as it is hyped.
2- I don't care about LGBTQXYZ, you can have dragons and any other species, as long as the game is good, I don't care.

Hmm…. Seeing the last update on anything was April. So MIA for 2 months. Slightly concerning.

Yeah, finally media is catching up to reality. LGBT people exist and are not any more shameful or explicit than the white-cis-het, so their exclusion is nothing but another aspect of separate but equal, i.e. not equal at all but in a way that white people don't have to feel bad about.
I have no personal stake in LGBT inclusion other than that of common decency, but I do so love seeing people who seem to think that they have (or at least are owned) some sort of ownership of media content, due to being insufferably mainstream in most of the aspects of their lives, getting knocked down a peg or two. Other modes of being exist, deal with it.
