Well, you could say he's going full throttle now and the release is just around the corner. But it could just as well be that the developer is taking a break because he has other priorities. We can now speculate a lot without any official information.
I think it's a shame, because I was really looking forward to the game, as I was very interested in its gameplay. Even back then I was worried that a one-man developer might have the problem that the game wouldn't be able to offer much depth or long-term fun, because creating content also takes time, but no matter... the gameplay looked cool.
Let's see what comes first. Falling Frontier or Squadron 42 or even Star Citizen
But maybe that's exactly what will happen... that we'll have to wait several more years. I just hope that the anticipation wasn't in vain and that there really will be a release.
