How to I use the free ride extreme editor

Ok I really like tornadoes and fuel has tornadoes...
but I want to take any path and go after the tornado.
So I found this mod called fuel refuelled and it had what I needed Free Ride Extreme editor
So I looked all the web for instructions I found one on another thread but it wont work D:

I heard that when you set the vista point and activate the mod you need to activate that mod then go to that vista point and zone and It would ask you to start a race but thats not happening sadly.


Is there anyone who could help please?
