I beat both stories, can I switch Dojos?

I beat both dojo stories and won the game, got the true ending. Is there any way to switch between dojos now? Half of the characters are only available in the other Dojo

Nope no way to switch dojo's a second time, thus if you picked miyagi-do for the first campaign then you only get one shot at finishing Johnny with a crane kick (unless you quickly hammer alt+f4 like I did when I missed the chance) and there are a number of dojo specific belt challenges (mostly Miguel related plus finishing enemies with every character's ultimates at least once) that you'll want to complete before doing the valley fest level.

That's lame but whatever, I will probably beat it second time then, on different save slot (Switch).
