Eye Tracking & Blinking Not Working

Hey there guys,
I had just finished making my own Live2D model and for some reason the eye tracking and blinking (both manual and auto) won't function. When I view the blinking in Live2D's physics settings the blinking works fine.

I've tested my model in Prprlive and Vtube Studio. Everything else moves and functions except for eye tracking and blinking. I even switched from Cubism 4.0 to 3.0 when I exported to see if it was a compatibility issue and that didn't help either.

Help? What could I have done wrong? Thank you so much for reading.
