Handling a featherweight car
I have been trying to do a featherweight electric car, and it was going good, a TurboVolt-TX100 has got me to the stage im near to beak king of kinetics, but all of a sudden it decided to not be very manevurable, instead it got stiff controls, somehow it wasnt downforce, although it abuses downforce like crazy. Any way i can get it to turn sharp, preferrably with a lot of downforce?

If you are just looking for sharper turns than your suspension, consider hooking some fins or spoilers to an axle controller.

Reads like you're limited by your suspension. The game forces limits on turning the faster you go. No matter how much downforce you have.

I get around that by installing a Gyroscopic Rotation Assist Bar.

Using a small electric motor and a 5 bar you can use gyroscopic motion to force your car to turn more. Just remap the electric motors controls to A and D (or D and A). Bar length depends on the weight of your car. If you got a chonker you'll need a 7 or 9 bar. Feather weight? 3 or 5.

extra wheels can also help, though they would increase vehicle weight significantly...

So that's why my car doesn't turn nearly as sharply as it used to, they implemented a limiter to make the game more realistic.
Thanks for the help also.

Reaction wheels and the like work, but you're in a lot of trouble if you start moving in a different direction from the one your downforce works in. I bet you could use them to make some sick as hell drift cars, though.

I'm thinking lately that weight distribution might be the real key. Like you want your wheels to have as much leverage as possible for spinning the car's mass. So as much as you can, you want to centralize the car's mass right in the middle of all your tires to give them the longest lever possible. Stacking two of them vertically right in the middle might be a good start.
