Are there any advantages the Steam versions of these recent Psikyo games over the Switch versions?

I'm happy to see the rate of these Psikyo ports, but I can't help but wonder why Samurai Aces III is being released, skipping Samurai Aces II, especially after the Strikers 1945 and Gunbird series were released in order. Is Samurai Aces II also being released in future? thanks ...

I have all the "arcade" shooters sans the Saturn shooters. I like all of them although the games that restart the levels when you continue or lose a life annoy me. The 1945 series comes to mind. For being a non arcade game it's fun.

When exiting the game, any changes made to the in-game controls are lost. Please fix this.
