Hero release schedule

Hi I played through the first tournament and 5 new Heroes were added, plus a lot of changes. Then I played the first month of the division and now 5 heroes get added again. I'm wondering if that is happening now every 4 weeks? And I checked in the game creation, but I didn't find an option to adjust it. (would have preferred like 3 heroes to not have so much to learn each time, but if that's the game then so be it).

it should be in the game creation options. I think it's under the random heroes option. Once that's on, it'll let you adjust how often heroes are released and how many can be released.
