With the Farm card, not so sure. As it is temporary, you can't just play it, you need to spend SP to secure the lane first to make sure you benefit from it, and reserve 3 SP for Farm itself. There are much much cheaper alternatives. I think Farm would be better if it were 2 SP / 5 turns.
However, hot hands and warm up are objectively better than almost any other card. The simple reason is hero cards tend to be stronger so player cards that remove themselves automatically become better. I'd pick a player card that does nothing but remove itself for 2 cost over the 3 cost farm. Which should tell you how much I value warm up.
