Can we confirm which ones are allowed when playing Hell difficulty?

I was about to start a Hell run, but I like the added strategy of having recall / defend lane cards. Just curious if we could get confirmation on which ones we can use and still be considered to be Hell difficulty.

Can confirm that Recall, Defend Lane, and Play Style all still allow Hell Journey achievements.

You can see which ones will affect it while setting up options, will tell you in the corner if you've changed a setting blocks achievements.

I completely missed the "changing this option will disable Hell Journey achievements" in the bottom corner. Thanks, need to get my eye sight checked, lol!
