How can I put my coach notes onto steam workshop

I'm new to the workshops page and want to go about helping English speakers in the game set up a Notes page we can use. I can upload them I just have 0 clue how, I found where I have my Coach notes exported to i just need to know how to upload them here for others.

Any attempts for me to upload or how to online has a lot of different ways for different games.

Any help would be appreciated

I have just about 100 hours in the game and have a good understanding of the game and my notes are forming well so I want to get feedback on them and help others who may just be starting

backup your files, ( I do mean save files and not the game files ), dl the chinese one, go to it's workshop folder, find what file it uses, do the same with yours. Pretty sure it's probably just that coach notes json file, though the specific folder structure idk.
