change language to english

How to i change the language to english? all of my menus appear to be in Japanese

actually I figured it out. for others it happens to, do this : C:\Users\name\AppData\LocalLow\Asteroid Studio\Esport Godfather\Local\ GameSetting open the text file and change to english.

unfortunately that path or file doesn't appear to exist for me
It'd be much appreciated if the devs could help make this easier

Replace "\name\" in the filepath with your Windows username.

Alternatively, in the main menu screen, pick the second to last option. That goes to the game's config screen. In the config screen, click the third option. That selects language. Then hit the button in the bottom right corner. That applies changes.

Perhaps I should have mentioned that I do know that 'name' should have been my username, but I thought it was obvious

The /appdata/ folder is hidden by default.
You may need to navigate to your "name" folder then click view --> show --> hidden items

You can choose it, though.

you can also just use Google Translate on your phone using your camera and it will change it to whatever language you need. The Chinese is Chinese (simplified). But as already mentioned above, the second option on the first screen is "Configure". Then in the first big purple box, select the 3rd option which is "language" and you will see "English" in English. Then hit the yellow button in the bottom right which is "Save/Apply"
